Dream Maker, Jesika, and her love for Estate Jewelry
September 9, 2019
Introducing our next Dean’s Dream Maker, Jesika, from the Coshocton location. She has been working at Dean’s for about seven and a half years, and her favorite type of jewelry is from the Vintage Estate Collection. Her favorite accessories of the estate jewelry collection are fashion rings. The yellow gold, intricate and wider bands are her ultimate favorite. She loves the history behind each piece, the story behind the process and the fact that each piece is one-of-a-kind. Art Deco is her favorite era of estate jewelry and finds filigree detail super appealing.
“Dean’s Jewelry is hosting a St. John & Myers Estate Event September 11th and 12th in Mt. Vernon and September 13th and 14th in Coshocton. We will be featuring jewelry from all different eras with fantastic quality and original styles. If you have a vintage retro style, then this is the perfect event for you! My favorite part about these events is that you see something new and unique everywhere you look, in every case.”
“I specifically remember, one year there was an arrowhead ring with a small tiny white arrowhead, and a simple gold band made by hand. I loved it, and this piece still sticks with me today. There are pieces that start around $29 dollars up to $2,000. St. John & Myers travel around everywhere, so you’re bound to see something that suits you. This is Dean’s 3rd time doing this event with St. John & Myers and it always seems to be really popular.”
“My style is very retro with a blend of boho chic. I even had my wedding set custom made from Dean’s to look very art deco with a filigree around the band. My wedding band was custom designed from our Forever 15 collection and matches my engagement ring. Some of our bridal pieces have some very art deco features such as milgrain edging, hand carving, filigree, and more. Shop our Estate collection to find your very own vintage-inspired bridal piece.”
